Our mode of shipping has recently changed, please read the following information carefully for full details
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual during Black Friday and holidays.

Our normal delivery services and charges are listed in the table below

Belgium * Standard 3-5 working days

The next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) ordered before 2pm in Belgium

Rest of the world 5-14 working days. Maximum of 10 items per order

For all our standard delivery services, please note: the specified shipping times do not include weekends and bank holidays

For some international deliveries, there may be a maximum of 10 items per order, and these limits are subject to change, showing delivery times from the date of shipment

Will I be subject to tariffs and import duties?
Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be subject to duty or import duties.

If your package is charged, those charges are borne by the person receiving the package.

Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and vary from country to country, so we can't predict exactly what your fees might be. For more accurate information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office so that you are not surprised to receive any unexpected freight charges.

Please note that due to the precautions we take to protect the health and well-being of our employees during this period of uncertainty caused by the coronavirus, there may be a slight delay in shipping your order.

Shipping costs and delivery times
Standard: 5-9 working days

Express delivery: 2-5 working days


Rest of the world

Standard: 5-12 working days (depending on location)

Delivery: 4-6 working days (depending on location)

All orders will normally ship from our warehouse within 1 business day and all orders will include tracking from shipment to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure that your purchase will not be damaged in transit. Not responsible for late, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to ensure that you receive your package promptly and we will assist in tracing lost packages wherever possible. If shipment is delayed due to product supply, no refund of freight is required.

Deliveries outside Belgium may be subject to local taxes and import duties for which the customer will be responsible.
